What Happens Next

  1. Engineering Review (24h) — Our process engineers review your package specifications against our capability window and prepare a technical feasibility assessment.
  2. Technical Proposal (48h) — You receive a documented proposal including process flow, bill of materials, timeline, and non-recurring engineering (NRE) estimate.
  3. NDA Execution — Mutual NDA signed. Detailed technical discussions begin. We can review your full design data under protection.
  4. Engineering Samples (2-4 weeks) — First articles produced on your dedicated engineering build. Full dimensional, electrical, and X-ray inspection report provided.
  5. Qualification & Ramp — Reliability qualification per JEDEC standards. Process frozen. Volume production ramp begins.
